I enjoyed Gray Ghost and Stoney Calhoun is a very interesting character. I look forward to your next book. One note - Sam Adams Beer does not come in cans.

By any chance did you live on Point View Place, Mountain Lakes, NJ? My family and I had neighbors with the last name of Tapply! We don't know what the names of the children were as they were older than us.

Dear Bill, I took the liberty of calling you Bill since I used to pass you in the halls of LHS. You were the tall nice looking kid with the great head of hair and I see you still have it. Just finished reading Muscle Memory and all those places Brady went throughout Lexington, Concord, Cambridge and Boston brought back many nice memories. I have Grey Ghost waiting to be read. I went into the Carson City, Nv. library this Monday and saw Grey Ghost on the new novel shelf and snapped it right up. Then I went into the shelves and picked up two Brady Coyne novels. I forgot how much I enjoyed your books. Keep em coming.

Hi, Mr. Tapply. I own quite a few of your books on angling, but haven't yet sampled your mysteries. Since I helped my wife Diane, learn to fly fish, I read your story about Vicki with great interest. You are one smart man. My wife maintains that fly fishing in a bluegill pond was a great confidence builder. She has since gone on to be a good flycaster and fly fisher. We have photos of her 23 inch brown trout in many of the rooms of our modest cape (not to mention her stripers, bluefish and false albacore). I cheer for her all the time and hardly mind when she outfishes me or catches a larger fish. She loves to fly fish and I am enjoying the sport more than ever. She enjoyed your story as well. But she made the comment that going on a fishing trip without me was out of the question. That's my favorite fishing buddy! Take care and keep the books coming.

Need to send you an email regarding the annual fundraiser to support the expansion of our Library. Also wanted to ask if you would be in our area sometime in 2007, so that we could host you as well???
