Every so often, Mr. Tapply will spend the afternoon at a bookstore, or drop by a library and talk a little bit about his writing and writing in general. I've seen him. And although I think he'd rather be fishing, he's a personable guy with some interesting things to say. I try to keep track of where I can find him next.
